Christmas Party?

Friday, December 22, 2006

Sooooo.... Guess what I've been up to for the last two days??

I was watching RANMA!

I almost forgot how obsessed I used to be... now I'm back to being obsessed. And to be honest, obsessed Charmaine is not as responsible as normal Charmaine (when we say "normal" Charmaine, we mean the exact opposite.) when it comes to blogging. BUT because I love you guys so much... here's an incomplete summary of December 19 and 20... (incomplete because half of my memory has been erased because of Ranma) Here goes!

December 19 2006. I went to school "sort of" early... about 8 am? I honestly don't remember. Anyway, I went with my sister then met up with Riezeryl outside her house. BTW my sister twisted her ankle (natapilok) last Wednesday or Thursday and that is why we had to go to school together. Otherwise she'd be gone by 7:30.

So, we took my sis to the Elem Dept because my sister had to perform for the program (Chinese Orchestra "kok gak") of the elem students. And so RC (that's Riezeryl) and I went to HS dept and on to our classrooms.

And in the classrooms there was the Christmas Party. I honestly don't remember much about it. I gave away my gifts then we were given palabok and Zesto and soo........

Kinain ko kaagad ung food. (Duh, I'm Charmaine.) Exchange gift, I gave Kevin a big heavy Bible. Anthony gave me a book called "Frog Prince" which I already finished anyway. (It's nice, but I still love Meg Cabot more, no offense.)

Honestly... I don't feel like narrating the entire day. Sorry na lang. The post that's all about my day at the Christmas Party and the mini fair will never come. BASTA nag enjoy ako, and so did everyone, right? Right! haha... wla lang.

Merry Christmas everyone! Take care always and God bless!!! >:D<

Ako'y tutula mahabang-mahaba.
Paumanhin na lang, kung di ka matuwa.

Ako ay nagcomputer hanggang hating-gabi,
Habang si Cheryl ay nanood sa tabi.

Ako'y nagchat, naglaro, at nagsulat,

Demotivators. How motivating.

There you go. Danica gladly gave me a few nice quotes. By "nice", I mean really sarcastic ones.

1. Sometimes the best solution to morale problems is just to fire all of the unhappy people.
2. For every winner, there are dozens of losers. Odds are you're one of them.
3. There are no stupid questions, but there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots.
4. In the battle between you and the world, bet on the world.
5. There is an island of opportunity in the middle of every difficulty. Miss that, though, and you're pretty much doomed.

Ok that's it for today. Here's the source. http://www.despair.com/viewall.html

Bye!!!

The Birth of the Strikethrough (at least, here in my blog)

I recently read a blog by this 3rd year girl and I was like. Wow.

Not just wow, but WOW.

To make the long story short, it makes MY blog puny in comparison.

My blog is just all drabbles and useless stuff, and when I say useless stuff, I mean stuff that nobody cares about anyway but they still read about because they have nothing better to do.

It's so sad.

Not that I'm going to change my blog or anything. I like it the way it is.

But, you know, there are some things I long for that I'll never get unless I work harder.

Um. And we're talking about Charmaine here. Working hard is most likely not in her vocabulary.

SO anyway, wla lang, little rant.

Fair na sa tuesday! Hoy mga tao endorser ako ha, watch out for me! Hehe, jke lang.

DJ Kathy will be there too, and so will Mascot Abi (JOKE).

The day I've been waiting for for my entire high school life has come at last. The day the 4th year peeps get free reign. YES!!!! Mwahahahaha!!! (That's an evil laugh, in case you didn't notice)

Btw, what does inauspicious mean?? o.O

And pano mag strike through sa blogger??? Huhuhu... I suck.

You know what I'm good at? Grammar. As in the most boring subject verb agreement part. The rest? Down the drain.

Oh yeah, I have a pretty weird active imagination!

Yay! I know how to use strikethroughs!!! Expect more of this handy little thing. :D

To Future AJSS People! Yeah!

Make me proud...! (Hahaha)

Here's a little thing I did last year during AJSS... might help. It's an essay for our English class. I got a B ata... :D

I have a few stuff din here on my blog about AJSS... Kaso lang it seems na nung time na un di pa ako madaldal mag blog. so, well, sana makatulong.

ito oh. especially ung nos. 4-13 dyan.

ANYWAY, found a nice quote! By myself. sorry. haha. it was in a previous blog post.

"WOMEN are social creatures. MEN are sports, food and technology slaves."

:D

Garbage. Sorry ha.

Soooooo.... here I am again. Um, about that last post, it wasn't as long as I promised, I know..... but this one will be longer than EVER! HAHAHAHHA!

Anyway, marami na akong ticket pra sa mini fair!

  • 1 mashed potato (P15)
  • 1 frappe (P20)
  • 1 Cool Cubiez... gulaman yan. (P10)
  • 1 hotdog with bun (P25)
  • 1 treasure hunt (P30) --> napilitan lang ako!!!
  • 2 fishball/kikiam/whatever... basta ung sa faculty (2 x P10 = P20)
  • 2 ride tickets (2 x P25 = P50)
With a grand total of.... wait, calculator muna... P170!!!! BUT nag donate ako ng P100 for Andrew Perez... (please pray for him!) so... um P270 na. bumili ako ng g-tech (my beloved g tech!!!!) so, P333 na! (lucky number?) and then... nanlibre ako sa shobe ko ng isang frappe tska isang hotdog... so.... uhhh... P378... then ano pa ba.... ah! binayaran ko utang ko plus kumain pa ako... so that's like... P538. um, what the... ang gastos ko naman!!! my gosh!!!!!!!!

huhuhu. ubus na ang pao ko. sniff.

BUT THEN you probably don't care so forget I said all of that.

The long test(S) killed me. The one typing all of this is the ghost of Charmaine Past. ehehe. corny, sorry. Speaking of ka-corny-han, may ikkwento ako!!! Hihihih.

Once upon a time, there was a Chinese person selling peanuts. Then a Filipino passed by wanting to know where he was, so he gestured by pointing his hand downwards (as in, like, pointing to the ground) but the Chinese guy thought he was asking about the peanuts so he said... "Mani lah!" and thus the Filipino thought the town was called "Manila" and the name stuck. haha.

There's another version pala, the Chinese guy was selling stoves. He told the Filipino, "Kalan ba?" and the town was called Calamba! Yay!!!

Hehe, ang cute noh? :P Mommy ko nag imbento nyan. But! May kwento din ako! :D

Bakit may brush ung helmet ng mga Roman soldiers?

Once upon a time, back in Ancient Rome, women were very small, while men were VERY TALL. So wives were problematic and worried about how there were going to clean the ceilings of their houses, which were just high enough to accomodate their husbands' height. So, one woman (being very smart) thought of a brilliant plan! She attached a brush to her husband's helmet so that whenever the husband walked around, he would be cleaning the ceiling at the same time. However, she didnt think of the problems that would arise (and nor did the person... er, ghost writing this) for example, the dust that came from the ceiling would fall on the husband's face... haha, but who cares. this is just fiction, people!

And there you go. That's all the corniness for today. No quote from a YM stat message today! sorry... nobody has any good sarcastic ones. :D

studying..... NO, SERIOUSLY!!!

Tuesday, December 12, 2006

The long test starts tomorrow!! Physics! English! And have I studied? Nooooooooo.

BTW, here's a nice little quote which Elysia used as her stat message in YM.

"The fact that no one understands you doesn't make you an artist. Take that, Nick Joaquin!"

Actually I read a lot of nice quotes in YM. I'll post some here if I read any more.

Gtg. I have to study. REALLY!

hello guys! i'm back i guess, with another supposed-to-be long post. WILL it be long? we'll find out, won't we? :D

So, anyway it all starts out this morning with the computer contest, an IT quiz bee. it was fun to say the least but only because i met richelle who i have known for quite a while but never had a real chance to talk with! I won 2nd actually, but i sucked in all honesty. I forgot James Gosling, of all people! How could I??

But anyway, blah blah blah. parang meron pa akong dapat ikwento... ah!

yesterday there was kang ki (flag ceremony) and you know, as si ni it tso always is, it was so magulo, there were 3 or 4 lines eh di na kami kasya ni ja, so we went to the back and i stepped on a ditch and whoosh! i made "tapilok". ow, it still hurts. di nmn pilay eh, pero may sugat na sa ankle ko. sniff.

THEN this morning, I went to school, dumaan ako sa may likod ng parish as i always do (ron and al behind me. i know their voices. apparently they didnt recognize my back. as if it's not obvious na ako un noh, i mean hello, it's big. :P) so then pag lapit dun sa may guard, na tapilok ulit ako!! i mean, what are the chances?? haha. i just walked on kahit na masakit na super ung sugat but di nman dumugo eh so oh well. the worst part is maraming nakakita! you know i have a reputation to uphold (HAHAHA)

well anyway, feel ko permanently bent na ung ankle ko kc ngaun ngaun lng sa house muntik ulit ako matapilok! grabe, buti di natuloy, my reflexes are sanay na sa clumsiness ko. haha :D

now that the computer and he programs are done kmi nman ni almond magkakaproblema. why? the field trip! it's on dec 16 pero di man lang naaapprove ni mrs albano!! wahhhh....

on a happier note, may nilalaro akong game: The Secret of Monkey Island. it's fun! honestly! kahit na luma na and ugly graphics, it's really cool. bgyan kita cd if you wish. :D matatapos ko na eh. dinownload ko lng nmn ung game sa internet. forgot the site lng nga. kung gusto mo hanapin mo lng sa internet. :D google was invented for a purpose!

ALSO congrats to candice and maysheen. full details (okay, not so full.) here: http://kjc07.blogspot.com/2006/12/congrats-gurls.html! they're back from india! whee! gusto ko rin ng snake ha! :p

ummmmmmmmmmmmmm.... am i forgetting something, parang may sasabihin pa dpat ako. ergh, forgot na. cge sorry ulyanin na eh. next time na.

it's long nmn db? cge cge, next time mas mahaba, promise! :D
