Ikuta Toma's gonna star in a "Honey and Clover" live-action series in January with that girl from the movie "Waters"!!! (Sorry, I just couldn't not mention it.)
In passing
Walang pasok today! Bonifacio Day. Not that it's spent to commemorate his death. I spent the entire day watching Super Junior (Korean boy band) videos. T_T Total waste of time pero enjoy... they're funny! The fact that they're pretty is just a bonus.
Anyway, a bit of song sharing again now. :)
This song is called "U" by Super Junior (K). It's extremely catchy... love it to bits. The video isn't bad either. ;)
The next song is "Keep the Faith" by KAT-TUN (J). It's not as cheer-uppy compared to U and not as catchy. But it's still great! Mainly because it's the theme song to "Yukan Club". Okay, kidding. Really. It's a great song. :)
Do you guys even listen to these songs that I post? A yes or no would be fine. I know they're all Japanese and Korean and you most likely don't understand. But they're great songs, really, and besides you can easily understand "'Cause I can't stop thinking 'bout you, girl." (a line from U)
Oh and Mike He is in Yukan Club 7th episode!!! (Mike He is the Taiwanese guy that starred in "Devil Beside You" and "Why Why Love" with Rainie Yang) He's playing some kind of Arabian oil prince (ridiculous, I know >.<) and is partnered with Karen. :) I haven't watched it yet because I can't download it since it slows down my dad's game. -_- As an end to my post, I want to share this Guidon article on its website. Enjoy! ;) http://theguidon.com/breakingnews/ateneo-shoots-up-in-world-rankings

They're nuts, I tell you.
Did you know that Dragon Ball is being made into a movie? Psh. There are loads of Dragonball movies, what's wrong with you? May I mention that it's a live action HOLLYWOOD movie.
I seriously can't imagine.
I'm not a Dragon Ball fan. In fact, I know nothing about Dragon Ball, so maybe real Dragon Ball fans will be thrilled to find out that it's going to become a movie at last. I don't know. I still think it's a bad idea.
Anyway, there's also a new "Mummy" movie coming out, except Rachel Weisz won't be in it. What??? I loved the Mummy movies, but no Evelyn? (well actually the character has a minor role in the movie but is played by someone else.) I'm disappointed.
They're even making a Smurfs movie. And "Blindness"! :D It was a book report last sem. (I actually don't know if I should be happy or disturbed (the book after all, was disturbing) but anyway. Who cares?)
Pixar movie WALL-E is on its way, too. It seems pretty good. Different from previous Pixar films, I think, because this one is more sentimental that funny (like most other Pixar films which all have a sentimental/emotional feel to them yet are still funny. for example, Toy Story, Finding Nemo, I guess Ratatouille (I haven't watched it D: )) Anyway summary!
"WALL-E is the story of the last little robot on Earth. He is a robot that his programming was to help clean up. You see, it's set way in the future. Through consumerism, rampant, unchecked consumerism, the Earth was covered with trash. And to clean up, everyone had to leave Earth and set in place millions of these little robots that went around to clean up the trash and make Earth habitable again.
Well, the cleanup program failed with the exception of this one little robot and he's left on Earth doing his duty all alone. But it's not a story about science fiction. It's a love story, because, you see, WALL-E falls in love with EVE, a robot from a probe that comes down to check on Earth, and she's left there to check on and see how things are going and he absolutely falls in love with her."
Now wasn't that sweet? :)
Okay, moving on. A horror movie is coming out January 4 called "One Missed Call" but I'm not going to talk about that movie. Rather, I'm gonna talk about the Japanese horror movie it was based on (same title) and I found it fascinating. I never liked horror movies, especially those with shocking scenes. I HATE those. However, reading the plot of horror movies is not at all scary but fun. So, to end this post, here's the summary of Chakushin Ari (taken from Wikipedia). It's fascinating stuff, I tell you.
The film begins with a group of college students at a restaurant. While Yumi Nakamura (Kou Shibasaki) is trying to turn on the pot for sukiyaki, Natsumi Konishi tells her friends about Yumi's fear of peering into holes. Upon being asked whether her fear stems from a past trauma, Yumi has a flashback involving somebody clipping nails and an eye peering through a hole. One boy, Kenji, at the table relates a story about how a friend of his moved into an apartment where a woman had committed suicide and how he was haunted by the ghost of a woman. A ghostly hand appears on Yumi's shoulder and slithers out of sight. Yumi turns to see Yoko Okazaki (Anna Nagata) dressed in all black. She just came from the funeral of a high school friend.
Yumi accompanies Yoko to the bathroom while she changes clothes. Yoko tells Yumi how her friend died. Apparently she and others were swimming in a lake when the girl drowned. She was found encased in a block of ice with a terrified look frozen upon her face. While washing her hands, Yoko's cell phone rings. Yumi notifies Yoko, but Yoko says that isn't her normal ringtone. She picks up her phone and notices that she has one missed call. She and Yumi listen to the message that comes from the day after tomorrow. They hear the bell of the warning of an incoming train and Yoko saying, "Oh no, it's raining." Then both girls are shocked by a horrific scream coming from the phone. The message is replayed for the benefit of the rest of the group at dinner. After a bit of discussion, Kenji says that a friend of his has a hotel at a nearby lake and they all make plans to spend a weekend there together and program Kenji's cell phone number into their phones. The mysterious message is seemingly put out of mind.
In a morgue, a man approaches the body of a woman and he opens her mouth to search inside the windpipe for something. He is caught by a worker.
Cue to two days later. Yumi, Natsumi, and Yoko are in a child psychology class and Yoko is too busy text-messaging Kenji (for whom she is dumping her boyfriend) to pay attention to the lecture. Yoko is called upon the professor to reiterate the day's lesson, which is "Abuse spawns abuse." The bell rings to dismiss class and Yoko leaves for her part-time job. Natsumi notices that Yumi is lost in her own world, a sullen look upon her face. When asked what's wrong, Yumi gives a fake smile and says she's fine.
Later that evening, Yumi receives a phone call from Yoko. The same warning bells are heard from the message from two days ago. Yoko invites Yumi to go swimsuit shopping for the trip to the lake. As Yoko is talking, several chains on the chain link fence on the bridge that protect bystanders from the train tracks are broken by an invisible force. A few raindrops fall on Yoko's hand and she says, "Oh no, it's raining." Both girls freeze as they recall the message. An odd sound is heard and Yoko turns around. She screams the exact scream from the message and is thrown through the fence onto an incoming train. She is trapped between the moving train and the steel beams holding the cables. Two girls who were talking on the bridge have witnessed this event. The camera then shows Yoko's severed arm dialing a number on the cell phone.
At Yoko's funeral, Yumi goes to Yoko's room and while upstairs, she notices a strange man (the same man from the morgue) roaming the premises. She leaves with Natsumi where they hear a group of high school girls talking about Yoko's death. One says that Yoko must have gotten the phone call. Yumi confronts the girl and Yumi and Natsumi are told about a phone call that comes from a time in the near future that is also the time of the recipient's death. The girl whose funeral Yoko attended earlier received a similar call.
A couple of days after Yoko's death, Yumi and Kenji are talking about the death and Kenji is a little freaked out. He hands Yumi his cell phone which has a message that comes from only two minutes from that point in time. In the message, Kenji says, "Aw shit, I totally forgot", and then screams. Kenji convinces himself that it's just a cruel prank and heads to the elevator. A girl Kenji knows calls to him and tells him that he is supposed to be at their study group. Kenji says, "Aw shit, I totally forgot", and gets a look of horror on his face. The elevator behind him opens up to reveal nothing but the shaft. The odd sound that is heard right before Yoko was thrown from the bridge is heard again and invisible hands grab Kenji's ankles and drag him down the elevator shaft. The doors close and Yumi falls to her knees. The doors open again to show a group of students in the elevator car and notice a shocked Yumi. Kenji is shown at the bottom of the elevator coughing up blood and a red candy ball.
That night, Natsumi spends the night at Yumi's apartment. Natsumi's cell phone rings, but it's only her ex-boyfriend. Yumi hangs up the phone and turns Natsumi's and her own phones off. The girls go to bed, but Yumi is restless and gets up a few hours later. A phone rings. It's the same creepy ring that came from Yoko's phone. Yumi wakes up Natsumi in a panic and the girls check Yumi's phone. She's safe. But that means Natsumi's phone was the recipient of the phone call. This time, instead of a message, it's a picture on the phone's screen. It's of Natsumi and the ghostly appearance of a young woman behind her.
The TV news media has gotten wind of these frightening messages and they soon corner a fearful Natsumi and offer her an opportunity to appear on a TV show with an exorcist. They promise to get rid of whatever maleovent spirit that is planning to kill Natsumi. She accepts, despite Yumi's objections, willing to do anything that will prevent her upcoming death. The TV crew drags her away, leaving Yumi alone. She notices the strange man from Yoko's funeral and runs to confront him. His name is Yamashita Hiroshi (Tsutsumi Shinichi) and he's been obsessively following the case of the odd phone calls ever since his sister, Ritsuko, supposedly received such a call and later died of severe burns from a fire. The two team up to solve the mystery, hopefully before Natsumi's time is up.
They start by finding the owners of a phone number off of Hiroshi's sister's burnt phone. It is a hospital and they have no records of either Ritsuko or Yoko being there. While at the hospital, Yumi hears the odd sound that appeared at the deaths of both Yoko and Kenji. It turns out to be the spray of an inhaler for an asthmatic girl in a wheelchair downstairs.
They go to the police station for help, but are denied by the police chief. They later go to a guy who has various pictures of corpses looking for a bit more information. He shows them, amongst others, a picture of a ten-year old girl named Mimiko Mizunuma (Karen Oshima) who died of an asthma attack. They learn of a woman named Marie Mizunuma (Mariko Tsutsui) who is suspected of abusing her two young daughters.
No closer to solving the mystery, they go to the studio where the TV show that Natsumi is appearing on is set to film. The exorcist is starting his ritual and there's a large clock counting down the seconds to where Natsumi's message is from. Strange things begin to happen and Yumi and Hiroshi break past security onto the set. A disembodied voice says, "Let me take you...", and Natsumi's body starts twisting around abnormally. Her head is turned around and around until it completely tears off, Natsumi's body falls to the floor. Natsumi's severed head coughs up a red candy ball, like Kenji and it rolls to Yumi. Yumi's cell phone then rings the ringtone of death, signaling that she is next in line. Her message comes from just 16 hours in the future and says only, "Why...?"
Hiroshi takes Yumi to her apartment and he notices cigarette burn scars on Yumi's arm. He becomes upset when Yumi tells him that the injuries were inflicted from a cruel mother. Her father worked too much and never was around. Her grandmother tried to protect her, up until one horrible day. Yumi has a flashback to coming home from school as a young girl. Her mother, clipping her toenails, tells Yumi to get her grandmother. Yumi obeys and goes to her grandmother's room. She sees a hole burnt through the paper wall and she backs away, right into her mother. Yumi's mother burns the little girl with her cigarette and grabbing Yumi by her hair, she forces her to look through the hole. She sees her grandmother has hung herself. Young Yumi screams and present-day Yumi completely falls apart.
With little time left, the two work on unraveling what's behind the calls. They figure it has to be Marie's spirit, still wanting to cause harm to people. Hiroshi is led to a little girl named Nanako Mizunuma at a children's hospital. She is mute, supposedly due to abuse. Nanako is pretending to listen to her teddy bear's heart with a play stethoscope. One of the women who works at the hospital presses the teddy bear's belly, which in turn plays a song. It happens to be the exact tune that is the ringtone heralding death. It is from a popular children's program. Hiroshi asks Nanako if she knows where her mother is, but Marie has been nowhere to be found for the past six months.
Hiroshi and Yumi end up at Mizunuma's apartment, which has stayed exactly the same, though the tenants have left six months ago. Yumi finds the torn picture of Nanako, Marie, and Mimiko, and also sees the ghost of a woman in the cabinet above her.
Now positive that it's Marie that is behind the deaths, Yumi ends up at a long-abandoned hospital late at night. Yumi only has a very short time left. As she enters the hospital, she hears a cell-phone ring, and the ring-tone sounds like Yamashita's. She then heads to look for the source. She then finds a cell-phone crawling with maggots, and has a call waiting for Yumi; as she runs out of the room, the ghost of a woman creeps up behind her. Then, she is being haunted by a ghost pushing jars of preserved fetuses towards her, and the ghost eventually puts a jar in Yumi's arms. She flees, then something is dragging her, and then she sees a girl slamming a cupboard shut, and is then found by Hiroshi. As they head for the door, they find the door to the outside chained; when Hiroshi tries to unlock the shackles, a woman's hand grabs his hand, and then something slams the door with force, and then a force makes an imprint of what appears to be a face. They then run into a room, and they get ready for whatever that was, and just when they thought they were safe, they both hear the sound of the ring-tone of death; the phone displays "Your life remaining: 56 seconds". After the ring-tone stops, Yamashita sees the corpse of Marie with a cell-phone calling Yumi's phone. Yamashita stops the call, Yumi then goes toward the box with Marie, and Marie reanimates, and walks towards Yumi, Hiroshi pulls Yumi away from the corpse and as they are about to leave, and invisible force separates Yumi and Yamashita. Marie then closes in on Yumi, and gets ready to choke her. Hiroshi, who is trying to get into the room, hears his sister's voice. He turns to see her, and she tells him that each person has "several skies". Then she disappears. Yumi then "sees her mother" in the corpse and embraces her. Hiroshi then breaks in the room and finds Yumi with the corpse.
Hiroshi drops Yumi off at home and goes to the police station. The same woman from the children's hospital has brought in a video tape from a camcorder in the Mizunuma's apartment. The tape shows an incident where Mimiko slits Nanako's arm with a large kitchen knife. Mimiko tells the crying Nanako that she'll take her to the hospital. Marie Mizunuma comes in to find Nanako on the floor and Mimiko holding the knife and a cell-phone. Marie is upset that it's been Mimiko abusing Nanako all along and that she has been unjustly accused of the abuse. Mimiko begins coughing and goes into an asthma attack. Marie picks up Nanako and takes her to the hospital, momentary glancing at her older daughter, turning blue from lack of oxygen. When Mimiko fell to the floor, she landed on Nanako's teddy bear, which played the song from before. Mimiko dies shortly thereafter.
Nanako is brought in, and, silent at first, she speaks up when Hiroshi finds a red candy ball in Nanako's purse. Nanako then explains that whenever her sister hurt her, she would give her candy and wish her a speedy recovery. Hiroshi runs to Yumi's apartment in light of this new information.
Yumi has showered and while drying her hair, she doesn't notice that her clock is going backwards. It resumes normally when it reaches the time when Yumi was supposed to die. Yumi hears Hiroshi at her door, asking if she's OK. Yumi runs to the door, but realizes that it sounds like Hiroshi's voice on repeat. He keeps asking her if she's OK. Yumi, getting over her phobia of looking through small holes, notices Mimiko standing there. Yumi moves out of the way just in time to avoid getting impaled by a sharp metal object. She goes to her living room where she finds Mimiko sitting on her couch, eating candy. Yumi asks, "Why...?" which appeared to be Mimiko's cue. She slowly comes toward Yumi, who then screams in horror.
Hiroshi bursts into Yumi's apartment to find Yumi sitting on her couch, reading a magazine. She looks up at Hiroshi in puzzlement. He asks her if she's OK and she goes to him saying that she's fine. He hugs her and then looks down. Yumi has stabbed him in the stomach. He falls to the floor and looks into the mirror to see not Yumi's reflection, but Mimiko.
Hiroshi blacks out and has a dream that he is at the Mizunuma apartment and finds a barely-breathing Mimiko on the floor. He holds the little girl and administers the inhaler medication. He wakes up in a hospital to find Yumi standing nearby. She goes over to him, holding a large kitchen knife. She leans down and drops a ball from her mouth into his. Hiroshi accepts the candy and enjoys the flavor. Yumi steadies her grip on the knife and smiles as the film ends.

You know how when you're REALLY hungry and try to ignore it, it suddenly goes away? You call it "nalipasan ng gutom". And well. Nalipasan ako ng antok.
Today is the last day of the 90th Anniv Concert for St. Stephen's High School. It's 12:43. And I'm still up, doing my ES report. Kakatapos lang thank goodness. I won't be awake till 1:00 am. :D
As I type this, the wind is blowing really hard. Fingers crossed that Typhoon Mina might somehow change her mind and pass by the beautiful city of Quezon City (dahil nandun school ko) tomorrow morning and I won't have to wake up at an extremely unholy hour (5 am. which means i only have 4 hours of sleep left. eep.) to go to school and attend ES lab at a slightly less yet still very unholy hour. (7:30)
Bye loves! Enjoy your Monday! (referring to the Stephenians who have NO CLASSES!!!)

meron nang chocolatier 2! yay! (but sadly poor charmie has no time to play)
speaking of no time, i have tons of homework in ES lab to be submitted on monday at 7:30 (!!!!) but i have no time at all except now (until 2 pm which is our call time) dahil sa 90th anniversary thing na yan. well, to all the people who i told about it and said it sucked, forget what i said. with the orchestra and the lights, it's amazing. trust me. kami ngang nasa stage na amaze sa orchestra habang kumakanta (distracting, really) our COSTUMES on the other hand (speaking for the stephenian chorale only since the elem chorale, the adult choir, and the angelic voices have great costumes (you should see the adult choir)) look like ewan... nung una kong nakita akala ko Joseph and the technicolor coat. oh wait, wrong time.
btw, and red thingy na parang short pants (si precious ba nagsabi sayo nun?) ay CURTAIN. gets? haha :D now you do.
but okay, the good thing about the 90th thing is that we eat a lot for free. (well free for us, not for them) it's like mga 2:30 meron snack, tapos 5:30 pa lang dinner na then mga 8:00 or so may snack ulit. so we're all turning into little pigs but hey, who's complaining?
the bad thing/s? well. first. suuuuuper late kami pinapauwi. nung thursday 9 pm, kahapon 10:30. buti pa mga high school and elem and teachers kasi walang pasok sa monday. eh kami???? i have to wake up at 5 am on monday you know!!! that's why i'm praying that typhoon mina will come. (i'm selfish and not thinking about the people who might die/lose their homes because of mina. well. sorry kayo bwahhaha joke lang di ako ganun ka evil.)
FANGIRLING MODE: i haven't watched the 5th episode of yukan club yet! :(( baka sa monday na.. sigh. and oh yeah, wu zun's gonna have this new basketball drama called "Hot Shot" with Jerry Yan and Alan/Show Luo. Hahahaa.... i somehow can't imagine, but it's probably gonna be big. sounds cool but kind of corny at the same time. parang MVP valentine (the one with 5566 a couple of years ago) i don't know. mixed feelings. :D
on the other hand, Kamenashi Kazuya is gonna be in a drama series adaptation of Rumiko Takahashi's (creator of Ranma 1/2 and Inuyasha) manga "1 Pound Gospel" about a boxer and a nun. this one sounds a LOT better than "Hot Shot".
Oguri Shun is also starring in a new drama "Binbo Danshi" to be aired starting january 2008 right after Yukan Club. Yay! He plays a college student that has to pay off a debt of some kind (in short i have absolutely no idea)
AND Ikuta Toma stars in a remake of Honey and Clover (since I think this has been done a billion times though i haven't watched it yet)!!! Yay!!! Yay! Go Toma! :D He's gonna be in it with Narumi Riko who plays the sick girl in the movie "Waters" that starred Oguri Shun (i have it, you can ask me for it if you like)... I'm so excited!!! hahahahhahah
okay i'll stop now. Bye loves! sorry for the lame post but i'm just bored and wasting time that i'm supposed to spend on my ES homework.
in the meantime, why don't you reread my entire blog, and even my friendster blog as a trip back in time... :D

stupid pldt. nawalan ako ng internet for 2 days. buti n lang di nman kailangan kundi i'm gonna sapak them people in pldt.
ANYWAY today we had taekwondo. haha i felt like i was in a korean drama or something. i learned a lot already! first day pa lang. punching and kicking na grabe. for each movement we had to shout and stuff and i reaaaally wanted to laugh out loud (i laugh at everything, trust me) pero ang serious nilang lahat so i had to settle with smiling discreetly then i'll lose my balance or something but since i didnt want to lose the rhythm (dahil sabay sabay lahat ng tao) i just like swing my arm/leg around like ewan. unfortunately, the teacher saw my useless limb swinging sometimes and i feel that he's thinking that i'm hopeless... eep. still, you know. fun pa rin.
i was reading bernadee's blog... bakit ung self-description nya ang lalim pero sa akin hindi. haha :D
um. math is still boring. reminds me of mrs shiny shoes. (name withheld to prevent mrs shiny shoes from kicking my behind if she reads this (though she most probably never will) even though she probably knows that she's being called shiny shoes. to other people, esp mga taga st stephens, you probably know who she is) as in kahit boring ung class di nakakaantok dahil sa dami ng exercises na pinapagawa sa klase.
nanowrimo word count is improving but i'm about 99.9% sure i won't reach the 50k word count. not just because i'm lazy but also because i'm too much of a perfectionist in a way. i want to make every word perfect and in no need of further editing. nanowrimo was made for people who want to just write and write all day with no concerns about grammar or awkward sounding sentences. if there was a national blogging month, on the other hand, i'd probably do 50k in like a week (okay, hyperbole right there.)
the other day in filipino class sir respeto mentioned something about bloggers having discipline. hm... discipline? do i have that? i can't even finish watching a japanese/korean drama that i'm actually ENJOYING. tell me about discipline. but then again, i guess i do have discipline (ahem ahem) because i keep blogging though i probably should have multitudes of people reading my blog by now since it's been quite a few years since i began blogging.
tomorrow is faculty day meaning hanggang 1:30 lang classes namin. ironically, faculty day at THE ateneo does not mean that the faculty will be getting a break but that students will get time off while the teachers have a meeting. i'm doubting that it's actually a meeting though. maybe it's a party where the teachers wear party hats and dance the limbo (okay too much television for sure) but it's probably a fun meeting and not a stuffy old meeting where all they do is sit around and listen to somebody talk and eat donuts and drink coffee and stuff (TOO MUCH TV)
is it obvious that i'm trying to make this post reeeeeeally long?? it isn't right? good.
okay some fangirling. another japanese drama this time called "YUKAN CLUB" starring Akanishi Jin and Tagushi Junnosuke, both from KAT-TUN. It's kind of a mystery show, and it's a comedy. and it's funny. seriously. as in i'm laughing out loud like "hahaha" when i watch it (and trust me, i never laugh out loud when watching tv shows alone. don't know why. maybe because i feel stupid. but i DO laugh when i'm watching with someone because i don't want others to think i'm manhid or whatever) but it's just funny to watch the characters (since this is a very character-driven drama) and their quirks, like there's this guy who's gwapo and cool and everything but when this girl dumps him (though not harshly) he just breaks down and cries.... i don't know if you find it funny but i do. ay basta. i just like it. i'm downloading it because it's so hard to find online (but there ARE online vids like on crunchy roll but only the 1st and 3rd eps there).
i doubt if you guys will read this far. i mean, i've been babbling on and on and on about random stuff and i'm not observing proper capitalization and writing run-on sentences. but who cares? in my blog there are no rules. bwahahahhaa!
um ok. no, i'm not yet done. who said i'm done? i've been typing for a long time. but my fingers aren't hurting yet. maybe because i'm pausing for a few seconds every once in a while to see what my ka-YMs have sent to me. yeah. maybe. but that means i'm also typing responses to my ka-YMs and that means more typing and more finger work! haha. it's surprising how my fingers don't ache yet but my back reaaaally hurts now because i'm working on my laptop which is currently on the bed and i'm sitting on a loooooow chair. ow. my aching back.
tomorrow may celadon week GA and i'm going, whoopee. :D bea and rachelle and maybe jes are going too (my blockmates and i guess, barkada in college) wow first time you guys hear of them. i guess this blog is directed more towards stephenians, more specifically krizia, ely and the gang. like, when i type, i'm thinking of what i want to say to you guys. haha. :D don't you feel special?
if you think i'm going to label this post, yeah. i will. and it's so depressing to think about it. so, good bye now. my fingers are aching slightly but not quite yet. my back on the other hand feels like it's going to give in any time now. bye loves! tag if you read till here and let me know by using the wobbuffet emoticon! yay! :D (the shortcut for that emoticon is >.<)

Official Sem Starter (aka the post where I rant about my teachers)
Tuesday, November 13, 2007
I kind of didn't want to do this post because my blog is very easily accessible and any bad thing I write about my teachers in here will be broadcast to the whole world somehow. like last time i said something about mr maquiling and apparently a simple search of his name on google would lead to my blog. buti na lang puro positive ( i think) and mga sinasabi ko tungkol sa kanya. even the teachers themselves sometimes search for their own names (narcissistic much?) on google. i'll just try to be reaaally tactful and avoid writing their full names so that it'll be unlikelier to appear on google or yahoo or wherever.
ANYWAY ranting starts NOW
(arranged in order of first meeting)
ES lab: sir "jeff" araula: he told us to call him jeff. looks young, but apparently in his case, young is not synonymous to fun. he seems um, boring (goodbye tact) but first impressions don't last. right? right???
ES lecture: mr claveria: he's terror or something apparently. but i can survive naman daw as long as i memorize everything (that came from somebody who is a MASTER at memorizing stuff while I can't memorize anything). fingers crossed. ES is easy science daw. yeah right.
Math: mr david: uh. he looks a lot like the lead actor in the korean movie "the beast and the beauty". and he's another boring one. so much for my teachers last sem all being fun.
En12: ms, oh pardon me, DR suarez: mukhang mabait pero not fun again. self admitted OC. no idea if it's a good thing or not. but my lit teacher says she gives good grades, so that's a good thing, right?
Lit14: mr cayanan, yay!:the only subject where i like my teacher (except maybe p.e.) because he was also our teacher last sem! yay! same classmates too, so it's a plus (same for english but it's just different with a different teacher) anyway i'm looking forward to lit class, really. he's fun!
P.E. (taekwondo): mr morales: looks like a nice teacher. but really, in p.e., nice is all that matters.
Fil12: mr respeto: he's funny and does not seem all that strict. so far so good. i dont like my seat though. it's not that i dont like my teacher, di ko cya feel eh. maybe it's because he looks at you weirdly and stuff. oh and there's something else about him which i will not put here because i might get in trouble but if you're his student you probably know what i'm talking about. ;)
AND THAT'S IT! YAY!

Final Grades
Well. My final average was 3.31. However, the requirement for DL is not 3.3 as I had thought but 3.35. o.O
Anyway, 3.31 is already high, I guess... the only difference from my prediction a few posts back was that my English grade was B+ and not B, while my Fil grade was B and not B+. So much for Fil being my "pambawi". After all this time, Fil still is the death of me.
Oh well, that's life. At least hindi ako tanggal sa course di ba? Next sem na lang ulit. :D

Updates
Sunday, November 4, 2007
If you're seeing the background white, it's not an error. The old background was kind of giving me a headache so now it's just all white. I'll upload a new background sometime soon when I find a nice one.
Oh yeah new linkie over there ---->
It's Darlene who I don't know in person but she found out about my blog through Multiply and added me to her list of links. Isn't that nice? At least somebody appreciates my blog *coughcough* just kidding... haha. :D She's a fellow Hana Kimi and NAKATSU lover! yay! hello Darlene! *waves* everybody say hello! (actually she might not be back, but hey, I'm being optimistic here!)
Oh and new music soon, I just downloaded all of Jpop (Japanese pop) band ARASHI's singles. Yay! I was watching the PV (Music video. Dont ask me what the P stands for.) of their song "We Can Make It" and I HAD to stop it halfway because MatsuJun's wink was too much for me to handle. Eep. (I couldn't resist that bit of fangirling. I'm sorry)
And um, that's about it. I'm done. More tomorrow about my FINAL GRADES!!! Dundundunnnnnnnn!!!!

Last Sunday, we went to the Chinese temple and guess who we saw? Candice! And her parents and even Maxine, actually. Hehe, wala lang, kwentuhan cyempre, about lots of stuff since it really has been a long time since we talked to each other.
Anyway, I totally messed up. We were supposed to get the final grades (FINGERS CROSSED) and registration forms for enrollment tomorrow and I misinformed everyone (haha) because I thought we had to be there at respective times. This is not my fault in any way however *ahem* because I thought it was going to be like last sem where EVERYTHING was by random number. How would I know???? 3 weeks of sembreak and look what all the internet surfing and drama watching has done to my poor unused brain.
Moving on. Yesterday, Riezeryl and I went on a drama shopping spree in Ongpin. Well, actually it wasn't much of a spree since we were both on tight budgets but I managed to buy 3 dramas namely "Coffee Prince", "My Name is Kim Sam Soon" and "Brown Sugar Macchiato". Riez bought 3 too... :D anyway, I should have just downloaded through the internet, so much cheaper that way, and also i can watch on my dvdrom-less laptop. After lunch we went to Jenalyn's house and looked at all her dramas as always, and also got to see how evil Multimedia Arts is (that's her course)
FINAL GRADES. FINAL GRADES. AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Nanowrimo update: Still too lazy but i've got a REAL plot this time. I'll try tomorrow, keyword being "try". That 50k victory is starting to look hazy from my point of view. BUT being the ever optimistic me, I'll do whatever I should to reach that goal! Which means stop being lazy. Haha.
ONGA PALA MATH CHALLENGE NA SA November 12! I can't go. I have classes. Boo. Maybe I'll drop by before commuting to Ateneo though, I'm still not sure. I don't know my schedule by heart yet.

For the Benefit of the Non-Fangirls
Thursday, November 1, 2007
I guess this "personal" blog of mine is becoming less and less personal. Thus I'm going to post something about my daily life.
Last Sunday (if you read my sister's multiply blog you'll know about this) we went to MoA to see this exhibit of the Shroud of Turin which is basically the rumored burial cloths of Jesus Christ with his image and his FACE imprinted on it. Is it real? I don't know. I don't really care, though. I mean, so what if that piece of cloth has Jesus's face on it? It doesn't mean anything. It's no big deal.
The exhibit, on the other hand, was ugly. (Sorry for the term) And it wasn't even free, we just managed to get the tickets for free but lots of people paid to see that exhibit. It was neither amazing nor life-changing. Actually it was just plain boring. My 8-year-old cousin was freaked out by the "lights and sounds" presentation which was basically just video presentations which were blurry and low quality and gave us headaches. And there were "dioramas" or sculptures (or paper mache, i couldnt tell) that depicted Jesus's death just like in the movie "Passion of the Christ" but uglier. The "Shroud" was just a replica, anyway.
I'll post more tomorrow
BTW NaNoWriMo Word Count=0. (excuse: went to buddhist temple in the morning; truth: too lazy, watched PotC 2 in the afternoon. likes it better now than before)

Labels | "Wonder Boy" and "Haeng Bok" (Super Junior)
I'm sick of putting labels. Yech. There are tooooooo many.... haha... At first I was putting General labels, then later on I got more detailed so I went back and made everything detailed and now it's TOO detailed.
I'll finish labeling next year. But for now I'll label all my posts properly!
Song sharing! "Wonder Boy" by KPop group Super Junior (they have 13 members! o.O) theme song for the movie "Attack on the Pin-up Boys" which I think I already mentioned before. 2nd song is Haeng Bok (Happiness or Xing Fu in Chinese) by them also. :)
